How do I open a Freedom Save account?
Register online, keep your reference and visit our location with your original ID or passport. Staff completes verification before activating your account.
Can my deposit amount change?
Yes. Your deposit amount can vary, subject to current account and transaction policies. Deposits are completed in person.
Do I lose my account after annual payout?
No. The annual savings cycle closes, while your account stays active. You keep the same KJS account number for the next cycle.
What does Held Savings mean?
It is savings reserved for an active obligation, such as a guarantor commitment. Held Savings is shown separately from Available Savings in your portal.
Can I upload my ID on this website?
Identity documents are checked and scanned by staff during in-person verification. Public registration status never displays those documents.
What if I have not deposited recently?
The system creates an inactivity notification after the configured period, initially 21 days. A new deposit restarts the inactivity check.
